2023 Rallycross Fest Media Information

Rallycross Fest is our largest event each year with two courses, 200+ competitors and 500+ attendees, making it an excellent race for capturing photos and videos. We welcome photographers and videographers for one or both days of race weekend. To get access beyond spectator areas, media personnel must apply for event-specific credentials and attend the race day media meeting.

Unlike our other rallycross events, this race has a strict media policy to ensure the safety of all attendees. To be eligible for a media pass, all photographers must:

Read the NWRA media policy.
Complete the 2023 RX Fest media application below no later than July 15th.
Be able to attend the media meeting on the day(s) you are planning to attend. The schedule is not finalized but you can expect the media meetings will be between 8-9am on Saturday and Sunday.

These requirements apply to all media personnel, including those who have worked with us in the past. Please note that we will not be approving any new drone pilots for this event. Previously credentialed drone pilots may apply for RX Fest media passes.
